ABOUT US

We are a waterfront residential community on Ellison Lake, or ‘Duck Lake’, with our own private boat launch and beaches. Situated in the Okanagan Valley between Kelowna and Vernon, the complex has various properties, from waterfront homes and cottages, four-plex condominiums, and an RV section. Rentals and pets are permitted, with certain restrictions.

Our community is surrounded by amazing scenery and wildlife, just steps from the lake with private beaches, picnic areas, and a boat launch. In addition, we are conveniently located just minutes from all local amenities - Kelowna International airport, UBCO, Kelowna, Vernon and Winfield shopping centres, local bus routes, wineries, orchards, theatres, pubs and restaurants.

Residents enjoy year-round activities, from boating, waterskiing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, fishing and hiking in summer; to skating, snow-shoeing, hockey, and ice-fishing in winter.
